Be there or be skewed! Since hosting a race in Buffalo, NY wasn’t in our cards. We are taking life’s tomatoes and making Bloody Marys (mocktail options available)!

Join us on Saturday morning! We will celebrate everyone's wins, announce prize winners and have some fun items to raffle off.

A continental breakfast and some cheesy snacks will also be available!

Not to worry! We will have our annual contests: Best Kaastume, Team Spirit, Rainmaker, and Best Backdrop! and will be dishing out prizes as well as a raffle on Saturday.

A suggested $25 donation will be greatly appreciated! You can donate on our website or come see us at our ACS conference table!

As with all of our events, funds raised will go to cheese education and enrichment. Our ninth annual 5k will donate 75% of monies towards our Back in the Vat Grant and 25% towards the American Cheese Education Foundation. Our Back in the Vat Grant allows American cheese professionals to participate in an all-expenses paid in-person educational experience, up to $2000 each, with Uplands Cheese and Cheese Camp at Jasper Hill Farm.
